With classes for Men and Women of all ages and fitness levels.

 

Fit2Box classes are designed to get you super fit,

combining the techniques of boxing with cardio to give you maximum results!

 

The sessions work on improving your fitness whilst learning the correct techniques

of boxing, without anyone getting punched or shouted at.

They are done in short ‘rounds’ (of 2 minutes workout with 1 minute rest)

making the workout manageable and fun!

 

Fit2Box is run by Simon who has been involved with the sport of boxing for

over 12 years with Telford Amateur Boxing Club and is currently

a member of the coaching staff and committee.

Simon is DBS Checked, a qualified First Aider and fully qualified

Ricky Hatton Academy Elite Boxing Instructor,

a qualification backed by The British Boxing Board of Control.

He has a great passion for Boxing, making all his sessions’ individual and

fun for everyone, ensuring that those who attend keep coming back for more!
